EXCELLENCE THROUGH COLLABORATION

Youthreach was founded in 1997 and this year marked the beginning of a 15 year old wonderful journey which would not have been possible without the help and support of all our esteemed partners.

To celebrate our partnerships, we organised a Partners Meet on the 25th of April, 2013, at the India International Centre where 50 of our NGO partners from Delhi and NCR participated. The objective of this meet was to update the partners on Youthreach and its current activities as well as to understand the needs and expectations of our partners and address them.

The event enabled all of us to share each others programmes; new visions outreach and address critical issues with better solutions as well as share experiences and success stories. The event was facilitated by Rashmi Dutt who has over two decades of experience in the domains of OD, learning and development, content management and instructional design. All the participants thoroughly enjoyed the event and expressed a desire for more of such events so as to collaborate better for future programmes and projects.

After a day long discussion the following thoughts emerged:-
